The Stony Creek Wild and Scenic River Act   The legislation from 1980 which named Stony Creek as the first component in Pennsylvania' Wild & Scenic River System. Management of the Wild & Scenic area was to carried out according to the recommendations in the Stony Creek Study, below. Here is an excerpt. The Department of Environmental Resources is now DCNR.
